Terms of Service and Policies
Scope of Work Limitation
This warranty applies only to those parts of the original scope of work performed directly by Handyman Montreal. Any additional work or modifications made by the customer or a third party voids this warranty.
Parts and Materials
This warranty covers only the labor portion associated with the original scope of work. Any warranty claims related to materials or products used during the project must be directed to the manufacturer of those items. Handyman Montreal is not responsible for any material defects, failures, or associated claims outside of its own workmanship.
Leak repairs are not covered under this warranty under any circumstances. Handyman Montreal assumes no liability for repairs related to water infiltration or any subsequent damage caused by leaks. Damage caused by ants, insects, or rodents. This warranty does not include any warranty for issues caused by animals, insects, rodents, house pets etc.
Wear and Tear
Normal wear and tear or cosmetic issues are not covered under this warranty.
Damage
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or acts of God (such as storms or natural disasters) is not covered under this warranty.
Appointments and Reservation Fee
Appointments are confirmed once a reservation fee is received to secure your reserved time and coordinate service. If the customer cancels, the reservation fee is non-refundable. The customer may reschedule or move the appointment one time, free of charge. If an appointment cancellation is initiated by Handyman Montreal, the reservation fee will be refunded.
Estimates
We provide estimates for our services. The estimate will be based on the information provided by the customer, and any adjustments may be made upon further inspection or assessment of the project. If there are any adjustments, additions, or modifications requested by the customer, this may modify the final price, and the final cost of the service may vary depending on additional factors or materials required.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the project, including any potential hazards or risks that may affect our ability to perform the services. You must ensure a safe and accessible working environment, including clearing the area of any obstacles or valuable items. Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in additional charges or delays.
